Full feature access, for your vehicle

Every plan includes the features listed above, including cloud event forwarding and remote live preview. This is a full software subscription. Availability depends on compatibility, head-unit software, storage, power and connectivity. A subscription does not mean every model is supported or include unreleased features.

Cloud transfer, with clear retention

Cloud events and snapshots are available for up to 7 days, subject to capacity limits. Requested clips remain for up to 24 hours after completion and are deleted earlier after your phone confirms saving them. Save important footage promptly. Original recordings stay under your control on your devices.

Renewal and cancellation

Automatic renewal requires your express authorization at checkout. In CamPro, open Subscription management, select your subscription and cancel renewal. Once the payment provider confirms cancellation, access continues for the paid period and future renewals stop.

How to cancel

7 days to request your first-purchase refund

Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first successful subscription charge. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective services are preserved. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
